Seven Print is a full service business printer and signage manufacturer, provide products and services in business printing, display signs, and custom signage fabrication and installation. Please read through these terms and conditions of accessing this website and trading with Seven Print Pty Ltd.

1. Website information
Seven Print endeavour to provide the most accurate and most relevant information on this website or other marketing materials produced by Seven Print Pty Ltd, however inaccuracies or errors may occur and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of information on this website or any other marketing materials produced by Seven Print is entirely at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whether directly or indirectly as a result of accessing information on this website or other marketing materials produced Seven Print, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Seven Print website may contain third party website links and is not responsible for the content of any of the linked websites. Users are at their own risks when visit these websites.
The materials on this website is owned by Seven Print Pty Ltd, which include but not limited to the text, photos, design and layout. Production is prohibited without written consent and in accordance with Copyright laws.
Seven Print endeavour to produce printing and signage products to the client’s order instruction, however colour variation is inevitable from print run to print run, and paper is a natural product, weight and thickness for the same product type can vary from batch to batch. Seven Print made no guarantee on colour matching and materials variation from suppliers.
Seven Print shall not be liable for any loss or damage for client or any third party from the use of products supplied by Seven Print Pty Ltd, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any claim for faulty products must be placed in writing within 5 working days upon receiving the goods. Photos of damage or faulty goods are to be sent to Seven Print for claim process.
1. Order placement
Seven Print accept only written order, in the form of paper, email, and Instant messengers (IM) including Facebook messenger and Wechat. We do not accept verbal order and telephone order.
2. Order Cancelation
Before artwork is approved any order cancelation will incur cancelation fee of $50+gst plus costs on design work done and plates and proofs.
Once artwork is approved the order cannot be cancelled.
All Seven Print quotations will be valid for a maximum of 30 business days. Only formal written quote will be accepted as the quotation price.
Deposit or full payment, depending on the type of product and services is required as acceptance of the quote.
4. Turnaround time
Depending on product type and order quantity our standard turnaround time can be from 3 working days to 15 working days for business printing and large format display signs. Please confirm turnaround time for your specific order with us to ascertain pick up or dispatch date.
Express service is available for certain items for dispatch or pick up within 2 working days for a surcharge fee of 20% of the order value with minimum charge of $20+GST.
Unexpected delay can happen from time to time due to factors outside of our control, Seven Print shall not be liable to any loss or damage whatsoever due to our failure in completing the order or to deliver the goods.
Client can supply print ready artwork to Seven Print for the specific order, or request Seven Print to prepare print ready artwork file for their order.
If Client supply print ready artwork for their order or text and image to Seven Print to design artwork for their order, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure there’s no breach of copyright and/or intellectual property rights.
The client must indemnify Seven Print, its worker, and associates for any liability in association with the design for the order.
Seven Print reserves the right to use all artwork produced for the purpose of promoting Seven Print in print, publication, social media or website, unless client specifically request otherwise in writing.
2. Design Charge
Once Seven Print submitted design proof to client according to the brief, client allowed three additional minor changes free of charge (except where design packages specified the number of free changes allowed). Additional charges apply after the free changes exhausted.
If the change requested is greatly different from the original brief, a new design quote will be supplied base on the complexity and time it takes for the changes. If the new quote accepted design changes will be made accordingly.
3. Design Approval
Approval of Design is critical for the order. Once artwork design approved by client Seven Print take no responsibility for any design errors or information errors including but not limited to price, product name, telephone number, address, website address, and email address.
Approval of design is only accepted in written form including paper, email, Instant Messengers including Facebook Messenger and Wechat. We do not accept design approval by verbal or telephone confirmation.
Seven Print accept orders with full payment except for a few credit account holders.
Some complex or large order can be accepted with the payment of deposit until the artwork design is approved. The amount of deposit is usually outlined in the quotation.
Prepayment is required in full for most orders to Seven Print as acceptance of the quote for order. In the case deposit is required for order placement full payment is required when artwork design is approval and before production of order.
3. Credit Account
In some cases, 30-day account can be granted for clients who place order regularly and comply with the credit term strictly. Credit application form to be filled out and credit account approval is solely at Seven Print’s discretion.
Seven Print reserve the right not to disclose the reason for refusal of credit account application.Seven Print reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue account for the amount outstanding.
4. Ownership of goods
Seven Print remain the property owner of the product supplied to client until all invoices are paid.
Seven Print retain all property rights to the products supplied to client and to recover possession of the goods or claim against client for the value of the products until all invoice paid.
All Seven Print prices are ex-factory. Client can pick up their order or request delivery and bear the freight charge. Freight charge varies depending on distance and volume and weight of the products.
Seven Print use third party courier/transport company to deliver products to client. All disputes involving the signature or access or locating the delivery address will need to be taken up with the transport company directly.
Damaged during Transit
Seven Print shall not be liable to any damage of goods in transit. All disputes involving damage in transit need to be taken up with the transport company directly.
Updates and Changes
Seven Print reserve the right to update and change this terms and conditions without notice.
