1. Copyright
If Client supply print ready artwork for their order or supply text and image to Seven Print to design artwork for their order, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure there’s no breach of copyright and/or intellectual property rights.
The client must indemnify Seven Print, its worker, and associates for any liability in association with the design for the order.
Seven Print reserves the right to use all artwork produced for the purpose of promoting Seven Print in print, publication, social media or website, unless client specifically request otherwise in writing.
2. Design Charge
Once Seven Print submitted design proof to client according to the brief, client allowed three additional minor changes free of charge (except where design packages specified the number of free changes allowed). Additional charges apply after the free changes exhausted.
If the change requested is greatly different from the original brief, a new design quote will be supplied base on the complexity and time it takes for the changes. If the new quote accepted design changes will be made accordingly.
3. Design Approval
Approval of Design is critical for the order. Once artwork design approved by client Seven Print take no responsibility for any design errors or information errors including but not limited to price, product name, telephone number, address, website address, and email address.
Approval of design is only accepted in written form including paper, email, Instant Messengers including Facebook Messenger and Wechat. We do not accept design approval by verbal or telephone confirmation.
4. Artwork Deliverable
When client paid for design service, client is entitled to receive an electronic copy of print-ready artwork in the format of PDF. All source file and creative elements that needed to produce the final print-ready PDF file are property of Seven Print and will not be supply to client.
